PRIYA’S PANACHE does not have a return or refund policy. However, we take care of damaged products. We have a set of policies to resolve grave issues, especially if a customer receives any damaged product. Our team asks the customer to click a clear picture of the damage on the outfit and forward the image to our support team via WhatsApp. However, this has to be done on the same day of receiving the product. Our team will verify the image and refund or accept the product’s return request.
